Missing Item
We apologize there is an item missing from your order. Our orders our hand packed and sometimes human error may occur. Please send us a message via the Contact Us form at the bottom of the help centre or clicking below. Please ensure you add your contact reason as Order Issue.
Faulty product
We're sorry your order has arrived faulty. Please send us a message within 14 days from the delivery date with full details of the wrong item that you've received and we will investigate this for you.
If possible please attached a photo of the faulty product/s and add your contact reason as "Order Issue". We will replace any items we agree have arrived faulty.
