How do I change the products in my subscription?Updated 4 months ago

If you've purchased one of our two subscription methods, The Conditioning Method or The Cleansing Method, you are unable to change the products you'll receive once they ship.

If you would like to pause or skip your cancel your subscription order, please follow the instructions below:

1. Login to your account or register with the same email you used to shop here: https://www.harklinikken.uk/account/register

NOTE: If you checked out as a guest the first time you shopped with us, you'll need to create an account. Once you create an account you'll be able to see your past orders.

2. Head to MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS

3. Click view next or view upcoming orders to change the products in your order.

4. Confirm your changes.
